Refund Policy

Clear rules for what is refundable and what isn't.

Domain registrations

Once a domain is registered with the applicable registry, the registration fee is non-refundable. This is a registry-side charge that Mactec cannot reverse.

AI Hosting deployment fees

  • Refundable within 7 days if deployment has not started.
  • Non-refundable once configuration or deployment work has begun.

DNS & SSL

DNS management and SSL provisioning are provided free of charge for Mactec-registered domains, and are therefore non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email billing@mactecdomains.com with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed back to the original M-Pesa number within 5 business days.
