1. Acceptance of terms

By registering an account or purchasing services from Mactec Domains you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Services

Mactec Domains provides domain registration, DNS management, SSL provisioning, and manually-provisioned AI hosting. Availability of specific top-level domains is subject to the applicable registry.

3. Payments

Fees are payable in advance via M-Pesa STK Push or other supported methods. Renewals are the responsibility of the domain holder unless auto-renewal is explicitly enabled.

4. Prohibited use

• Using domains or hosting to distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• Reselling services without a signed reseller agreement.
• Circumventing security or rate-limiting controls.

5. Limitation of liability

Mactec Domains is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
